And once you're well past the towns in our service radius - past the 15 to 20 mile mark out toward Lodi, Belleville, or Marshall - we may not be able to get a truck there same day, and we'll say so up front instead of booking a slot we can't keep.

We also won't tell you a cable snap or an off-track door is safe to force open yourself.
